Designing the new Bizum space for a fintech app.

Context
To improve the overall Bizum feature of a fintech app, registering an average of 4 million monthly interactions. This underscores not only the successful implementation but also the tangible impact on user engagement and satisfaction. The robust usage statistics affirm the significance of the design decisions in meeting user needs and aligning with the overarching business goals.

My role

This project is part of my master's degree thesis, in which I worked closely alongside three designers with very similar profiles and diverse backgrounds, all with a will to apply a user-centered approach in our work. This allowed us to provide support in every phase of this project, delegating when necessary to streamline the project phases

Working methodology

We work using Agile methodology: 2-week sprints and monthly demo releases. Led by Scrum rituals such as daily status meetings, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
